Today my long boots are no longer just my passion but also the symbol of my personal journey, remembering the paths I’ve walked. My steps are filled with pride.

I’m Wanda, a science communicator, game industry professional and a performing artist. Social and ecological sustainability along with scrutinizing the human experience are topics close to my heart. With my performance I seek to educate, ponder, entertain, discuss and deliver emotions, be present and encounter others – lightened with a touch of seduction and humor but with all my heart.
I’m also known as Valtteri Lahti. Wanda and Valtteri are one. My thoughts and my values remain the same even if I paint my face. My personality stays intact even if I change my posture and body language. I’m open, thoughtful and gentle – with or without heels.
Wanda O Rly is my artist name that reflects the notion of science as a way of thinking; a combination of childlike wonder and healthy skepticism. Wanda as in “wonder” and O Rly along the lines of the skeptical question “Oh really?”
